I have been a vegetarian since 2006 and then a vegan from 2013. Through one on one advocacy and my artistic work I have been able in the past to introduce a plant based diet to several individuals that I have managed to work with. I am very particular about my diet and health as well as being passionate about animals. I bring my experience as a community activist on several social change issues and I translate that knowledge into effective veganism advocacy in my daily life. My values are a better, healthy and habitable planet for human beings and non human beings. Ever since I became vegan I strive to know more about the lifestyle and a variety of plant based recipes that are sustainable for someone based in Africa. I am trained in Program management, monitoring and Evaluation as well as Community Theatre and have been working in this field since 1992. I have experience in community mobilization and engagement on a variety of issues that affect them.
