I've spent 25 years in wellness as a yoga teacher, health coach and bodyworker, and I've been building websites since the late 1990s. Most of that time has gone into turning what I know into trainings other people can run. AI workers are the newest form of that same work.

For fun, I built a voice AI speaking classroom for my own Thai lessons.

I am in the 2026 Lyceum course with Jake Van Clief, building with ICM (Interpretable Context Methodology). I live in Thailand.
