Eformogi is the page where a teenager keeps what they did and the adults who saw it sign. A student adds one sentence about a thing they made, read, tried, won, or showed up for. A coach, teacher, or tutor who was there taps "Yes, I saw this" from a code or a link. Anyone verifies the result at a link with no account. The record is free for the student forever and is theirs to keep, share, and take back. Parents pay for rendered state paperwork, and institutions pay at the doors. The format is an open standard with an offline verifier, so the record outlives the company. I am a twenty-year New York public school counselor, and I built it because I have spent my career explaining to families why a record from outside the system does not count.
The one number: students with at least one item signed by an adult who was there. Floor 100 by June 30, 2027, with interim reads on December 31 (25) and March 31 (60). The way there is signing rooms: one program at a time, a coach texts the team link, a room of students adds one item each, the coach signs from one phone. The adults who witness are the distribution. Alongside: the annual homeschool evaluation, required by law in twelve states, signed on the record; and New York's Portrait of a Graduate as a plugin on the record.
The number is measured in production with negative controls (demo accounts, my own household, and rehearsal rows are excluded by a gate-tested list) and read on fixed dates, written down whether good or bad. The kill rule is public: zero stranger-signed items after a season of rooms and the witness thesis is declined.
Minimum $10,000: a part-time field person running ten hand-offs a week in the New York metro for a quarter, the only line that converts dollars into signed students and the one thing I cannot do more of myself. Goal $40,000: that person through June ($20,000), two program pilots that pay the adult's time to run a room and never a student to use the product ($10,000), counsel for the issuer agreement, minors' consent terms, and the trademark filing ($5,000), infrastructure and model costs ($2,000), reserve ($3,000). Nothing is salary and nothing is hosting. Not on the list: engineers, paid acquisition, agencies.
One founder, part time, about twenty hours a week alongside the counseling job. Two advisors: a senior security engineer and startup counsel. The build runs on AI coding agents under 266 automated trust gates. Track record: a live product with twenty beta families, twelve students with items on a page, one paying customer, five state education savings account vendor approvals, a published open standard with 28 conformance vectors, and repeated adversarial security sweeps with every confirmed finding fixed. No adult outside my own household has signed a student's item yet; the first one-student test with a real teacher ran this week.
The most likely cause: adults will not sign for strangers' kids at any rate that matters, because the ask arrives at the wrong moment or the coach does not trust where the record lives. The outcome if so: every student who used it keeps a record that still verifies, the open standard stays published for anyone to issue on, and I say so publicly on the December 31 read. A second cause: a minor's public page is a different exposure from a title, so photos stay off public pages and the page is not indexed until a ruling; if that is not enough, the public page closes and the record stays private.
None. Founder-funded from salary. Revenue to date is one customer ($107.66). One grant application was declined (Emergent Ventures, September 2026); a GSV Cup 50 nomination and an MIT Solve application were submitted in October 2026.
