Project summary

Oryx Centre for Strategic Futures is a research and policy initiative on AI, geopolitics, emerging technologies, strategic foresight, and the Global South, based in Noida, India, founded 2 October 2026 by Amartya Kumar and Riya Nalwa. Its flagship working paper (v3, DOI 10.5281/zenodo.23718472) and companion Paper 2 (DOI 10.5281/zenodo.23731235) present a 194-citation audit of AI claims: 26% verified, 49% broken, 9% mismatch, 16% unverifiable.
