What are this project's goals? How will you achieve them? In partnership with Kaunas University of Technology (KTU Food Institute / Food Research Center), we will achieve this through structured in vitro digestion and structural verification. All protocols and data will be published openly on Zenodo.

How will this funding be used? The $15,000 funding will be distributed as follows:

• $10,000 for laboratory testing, analytical assays, and third-party verification with KTU facilities.

• $4,200 for materials, raw substrates, and sample preparation under precise mechanical parameters.

• $800 for data analysis, reporting, and open repository archiving.

Who is on your team? What's your track record on similar projects? I am an inventor and CEO specializing in nanobiotechnology and systemic metabolic regulation, with 13 years of practical experience, working in accordance with official state food production standards in Lithuania, and an active member of LithuaniaBIO. This project is based on our previously published theoretical and biophysical foundations for optimizing the structure of globule filaments, with several preprints archived on Zenodo.

What are the most likely causes and outcomes if this project fails? If it so happens that potential markers of failure include unexpected physical instability of protein filaments during advanced enzymatic degradation or technical delays in scheduling laboratory assays, the outcome will be redirected to refine mechanical restructuring parameters and re-evaluate the in vitro methodology based on empirical interim data.
