As AI becomes increasingly present in homes, data privacy is becoming one of the most sensitive issues. Many systems build their functionality through data collection, reliance on the cloud, and the possibility of centralized takeover, with private data becoming the fuel of the system. In commercial applications, this is often tolerated. In the home, it is structurally wrong.
As a system, Humana changes that direction and the very logic of the relationship between the system and the user.
It is designed to operate locally and in real time. Without the cloud as a condition of operation. Without surveillance memory as a precondition of functionality. Data remains under the users control and is cryptographically protected.
There is no background recording. No master key. No possibility for a third party to take control of the system.
The system is strictly locked by rules of privacy, control and authority.
Such an architecture is the foundation of a powerful work model - the key work layer and the main value of the entire system.
The goal of the project is to provide the user with a secure ground for work, without giving up privacy and control over their own data.
This will be achieved through structured engineering, load and stress testing, and independent verification of the privacy and control boundaries.
The overall system concept is completed, documented and ready for implementation. This is about building the core of the system, not an isolated feature. The requested amount is intendent for the implementation and verification of Phase 1, not for theoretical development.
Phase 1 funding will be used for:
Engineering / implementation
Testing (load/stress + infrastructure)
Legal (terms + liability boundaries)
Workstation (development machine)
Project lead / AI training and coordination
Total funding goal: $40,000 (€34,400)
I am a solo founder and system architect. Phase 1 implementation will be carried out with external engineering support. Post-implementation beta shaping, AI training and system coordination are founder-led.
The primary risk is implementation complexity. Translating a strictly bounded architecture into a robust Phase 1 system requires precise engineering choices and demanding testing.
Delays may also arise from legal and privacy boundary setting.
If Phase 1 is delayed, the most likely outcome is postponed verification - not a failed or compromised product. The architecture remains intact regardless of delays.
No external funding raised in the last 12 months. This is the first public fundraising effort for Humana.
