I am working on DAR by myself. I started the project because I wanted to examine a question that I felt was not being tested clearly enough: what happens when a system is told to stop, but there are incentives or technical paths that could let it continue?
I built the framework and the current prototype myself, including the tests and the failure scenarios. I have been trying to break it rather than assuming that it works.
This is my first independent research project in this area, so I don't have a long list of previous grants or institutional projects to point to. The work and evidence are publicly available in the GitHub repository.
There are no bids on this project.
