Shady Fouad Saber Ismail here (founder / systems arch @ TITAN Capital Forensics LLP, UK reg #OC449812, based in Cairo + UK).
Quick background on what I'm building & why I'm asking for $5k-$15k:
Been writing client-side WebAssembly + Microsoft Z3 (z3-solver wasm build) verification modules for the last ~11 months. Everything runs inside browser RAM. Zero network egress after page load.
Why? Bc people use LLMs for tax math, audit tables, security configs -> model hallucinates numbers or drops a constraint -> user can't upload confidential client spreadsheets to some external cloud API just to check the math.
Live stuff I already shipped w/ this engine (all working right now in browser, no backend):
- https://titancapitalforensics.com (main forensic verification portal)
- https://titantrustcenter.com (local Z3 + BigInt 0-ULP math checks)
- https://titandrm.com & https://cisopass.com (14 live browser sandboxes total)
Grant scope (next 3 mos):
1) Rip out the core WASM + Z3 solver bridge + BigInt fixed-point routines from my commercial UI templates -> publish as a clean, standalone MIT/Apache open-source npm package.
2) Include local WebCrypto Ed25519 + RFC 8785 JCS signing so any AI agent workflow can verify an LLM JSON payload offline in <150ms and attach a cryptographic receipt.
3) Put up test vectors + docs so other AI safety folks can actually use it without reading my site code.
How to verify it worked:
Install the pkg, turn off wifi in Chrome/Firefox devtools, feed it an LLM JSON math output -> get either a Z3 counterexample or a signed Ed25519 proof in <150ms.
Budget & funding history:
$5,000 min / $15,000 goal. 100% goes to my own dev hours over 90 days (packaging, stripping proprietary UI, docs, QF_BV / QF_LIA solver timeout guardrails).
Raised $0 externally in the last 12 mos (100% self-funded so far).
