The AI Integrity Organization (AIO) has developed a quantitative measurement framework to audit the ethical consistency of AI models. Using 11,340 unique dilemma scenarios, we have empirically identified a phenomenon called "Integrity Hallucination"* in major LLMs. We are approved to attend the IASEAI’26 conference at the **UNESCO House in Paris* to share these findings with the international AI governance community.
1. Engage with Experts: Use the UNESCO event to network with global policymakers and AI safety researchers.
2. Advocate for Standards: Introduce the AIO Integrity Index (AII) as a necessary audit tool for transparent AI.
3. Establish Collaboration: Form partnerships with European international organizations for long-term integrity monitoring.
We will achieve this through on-site networking, informal briefings, and sharing our Zenodo-published research.
The funding will cover:
- International Travel: Round-trip airfare from Korea to Paris.
- Subsistence Support: Family-friendly accommodation and living expenses during the mission to ensure a stable environment for ongoing research and networking.
- Seulki Lee: Founder of AIO and AI Trust Architect.
- Track Record: Successfully established AIO as a Swiss NPO (UID: CHE-469.997.903) and published a foundational framework on Zenodo (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.18631255). We have developed and validated the core automated pipeline for integrity auditing, which has already processed 11,340 scenarios. We are now ready to scale this into a full-scale monitoring system.
- Cause: Lack of networking opportunities or scheduling conflicts with key experts at UNESCO.
- Outcome: The global adoption of the AII standard may be delayed, and the research would remain limited to academic circles rather than influencing international policy.
$0. This project has been entirely self-funded (bootstrapped) to ensure independent and neutral research results.
