I am building an open-source AI Governance framework to evaluate and monitor AI safety. The project is divided into two parts: an academic publishing branch and a technical regulations infrastructure branch. The publishing branch will direct journals and publish papers covering AI safety challenges and applications. The technical infrastructure branch will develop open-source Compliance APIs and evaluation frameworks. These tools will allow external developer teams to programmatically embed safety metrics and protocol guardrails into their local AI systems.
My first goal is to establish the publishing division by organizing an editorial board of AI safety scholars to review and release technical alignment papers. Concurrently, we will build out the software infrastructure branch. This team will consist of software engineers and web developers who will design, code, and test the open-source compliance APIs and public dashboards to visualize model guardrails.

I have published essays on AI safety and its applications mainly in Education ; https://medium.com/@justkeepwatchingyea/cognitive-flaws-in-the-education-4-0-framework-4a61b739f593. I have outlined the entire project on my Github repository; https://github.com/justkeepwatchingyea-netizen/Milan-AI-Regulations-Institute-Project.git
I have also extensively researched of the consequences of Post Human ethics and the rise of Superartificial Intelligence.
I will still post my findings on where things went wrong and technical issues.
I have not raised any money or received any funding.
There are no bids on this project.
