I collaborated with her on the Latent Personality Alignment project and found her technically rigorous, productive, and focused on high-impact AI safety work; she has the systems skills and research track record to produce high quality research. The requested budget is reasonable for six months of focused work. I endorse funding Linh to continue her impactful AI safety work.
