I am an AI Architect at CareFirst BCBS and Adjunct Data Scientist at Mount Sinai. I have spent years deploying AI in healthcare and insurance environments where wrong automated decisions have real consequences for real people.

Agent Sentinel came from watching those systems operate with no enforcement layer between the AI and execution. I built the thing I wish had existed in every system I ever worked on.

My co-founder Kaustav Mukherjee is a researcher at Mount Sinai with an active NIH grant. I have a paper under review in Schizophrenia Research on clinical AI applications and am co-authoring a $5M AI centre grant with the Mount Sinai VA director.
