IASER - the Islamic Alliance for Safe, Ethical, and Responsible AI - launched in July 2026 and has grown to more than 100 members.

We connect technical research with practical community needs. Our work includes AI evaluation through JaleesBench and FaithfulBench, post-training research through JaleesWeights, and Ansari, a free Islamic AI assistant. We are also developing ethical guidance for Muslim technology professionals and practical AI training for imams and community leaders.

Our Steering Committee and Islamic Advisory Board bring experience across AI engineering, scholarship, nonprofit leadership, and education. We welcome collaboration with others who want AI to benefit humanity.

We are now building the organizational capacity to support contributors, deliver projects consistently, and share useful findings and resources.
