I’m a Berlin-based artist, growing increasingly concerned about where humanity is heading. I’ve come to believe that alignment is the most important question of our time, so I founded Metalignment, a nonprofit that brings it to a wider audience through art, philosophy and culture. Its first project, Dear Superintelligence, is an open art project and archive of letters from humanity to the coming superintelligence, meant to provoke and to begin a broader conversation about synthetic consciousness and self-awareness.
