Actively engaged in helping victims of conflict violence in the Tigray Region of northern Ethiopia, which is under famine conditions as the result of the 2020-2022 Tigray War, by establishing a factory to produce Ready-To-Use Therapeutic Food (RUTF) to treat children and pregnant or breastfeeding women with severe acute malnutrition. We use an effective formula based on peanut butter paste, powdered milk, sugar, vegetable oils, specifically formulated vitamin and mineral mix and local grains to produce a local solution to an ongoing medical and nutritional problem.
