I am Omar Emam, a computational biology researcher from Cairo, Egypt, working at the intersection of machine learning and biological systems. My research focuses on codon optimization, protein expression modeling, and deep learning architectures for scientific applications. I have worked on research projects spanning computational biology, wireless communication systems, and AI-driven scientific modeling.
