Sadly not a grantor but commenting for visibility! I think that successfully tackling big problems requires collaboration and a wide range of perspectives, skills, and fresh ideas. This tool sounds like a helpful bridge/translator for groups of people who are ultimately concerned about the same things and want solutions that work. I hope that this catches the eye balls of funders, and hope you are able to continuing working on this tool to get it to a state where others can leverage it. Grant writing is difficult in general, outside of EA, so this tool might also be interesting for non-profits for their specific contexts too.

Sadly not a grantor, but just wanted to post a comment in the hopes that you get more visibility! 3K seems like a doable amount and Rethink Priorities having granted you 36k already seems like a great indicator of your work. Crossing my fingers that the funding comes through here or elsewhere for you both to attend. Enjoy Toronto!

Hey Bradley! Unfortunately I am not a potential funder, but I did want to give you an upvote and comment in the hopes that it catches the eye of a funder.

Your project sounds super interesting and I think the PIT framework is something that could have many useful applications. My first idea for application is that it could be a useful tool for software companies that are trying to develop compliance and ethics tools for developers (this is coming from someone who has founded such a company). My company is in the early stages of funding ourselves, so we sadly cannot pay you for your work, but if ever you want to informally chat about what you are working on (either related to this or your non-profit work in Austin! I was highly involved in the non-profit world in Washington D.C. during my undergrad years) feel free to reach out.

Good luck with this project, crossing my fingers that this comment gives you a boost.

P.S. For fun, here is my corrected text:
