I specialise in cutting through complexity to identify and map the shortest, most efficient routes to critical assets—whether that is a high-value skill set, an underutilised piece of knowledge, a time saving process optimisation or a market-shaping idea.

For the last four years, I've had a front-row seat to the promises and the pitfalls of AI technologies in the Home Office. I’ve managed high-stakes projects in highly secure environments, tackling everything from deepfake detection to the hidden biases in hiring algorithms.

My job was to cut through the complexity and get wildly different groups of people—from AI researchers to CEOs to police constables—all on the same page. I’ve spent a lot of time thinking about the diverse risks of AI, complex thinking and solutions. 

I currently work part time for AISANZ (AI Safety Australia and New Zealand) as the New Zealand manager. A Non Profit specialising in developing a AI Safety and Responsible AI - by helping industry leaders and academics access funding and connect to upskilling opportunities.
