Our mission is to empower youth with the knowledge, resources, and skills they need to turn their talents into profitable businesses and become successful entrepreneurs.

As an arts-based youth program operating in Nairobi, Kenya, we collaborate with youth entrepreneurs who want to build a career in the arts and creatives field, by creating content that celebrates their work. We also share their lessons on business, entrepreneurship and artistry, to promote peer-to-peer learning.

Through our platform, youth creatives assume the role of “Mentors” to both their peers and the younger generation of individuals who would also want to build a career out of the artistic talent they have. With us, it’s not about what you must do—but who you want to be. Our main areas of focus include the following categories: Music, Fashion, Graphics, Crafts.

Like in many parts of sub-Saharan Africa, a vast number of youths in Kenya are disadvantaged and miss out on economic opportunities available both locally and globally, especially for those who have settled on building their careers in the arts and creatives fields. As a result, many of them are at risk of facing poverty and social instability in their lives.

Knowledge transfer to equip youth
Our goal is to be the go-to-hub for youth creatives (aged 18 – 30) in Kenya and beyond, to gain access to information and resources that are necessary in enabling them to take advantage of the various economic opportunities available in their respective fields of expertise. We believe this would help them become more productive and successful entrepreneurs in society.

Four pillars
The implementation of our work is structured around four pillars.
1. Share relevant information and resources in entrepreneurship.
2. Create a local and international network for youth to function as entrepreneurs.
3. Capacity building for youth to succeed and improve their lives.
4. Communication and advocacy work to create awareness of economic opportunities for youth as entrepreneurs.
