We develop AI cores and public-benefit applications that transform institutions’ needs around decision-making, trust, and governance into structures that are written, traceable, and transferable. My aim is to establish a delivery discipline that does not leave “good intentions” on their own—one that makes the rationale, accountability, and handover of decisions visible.

Previously, in the areas of corporate learning, adult education, and organizational management for the benefit of employees, I contributed to multi-stakeholder projects at both national and international scale by building training centers, online learning systems, and assessment infrastructures. This experience now strengthens the line we bring into our cores: behavior change + continuous improvement + measurable delivery.

How I work: I clarify scope early, progress through interim deliverables, and embed documentation and a learning trail into the process. My weekly production capacity is approximately 20 hours.
