We will achieve this by deploying Marvion OrderDesk with early restaurant partners, collecting real usage feedback, and iterating quickly to convert pilots into paying customers.

I am the founder and primary builder of Marvion OrderDesk, handling product design, automation, and early customer deployment. My track record includes building and operating multiple businesses at ABCH Industries and delivering practical automation tools that move from pilot to paid usage quickly.

The most likely causes of failure would be slow adoption by restaurant owners or insufficient willingness to pay for automation. If this occurs, the outcome would be a rapid pivot toward refining the value proposition, pricing, or target segment based on validated customer feedback rather than continuing an unviable approach.
