Sybertnetics is developing an ecosystem of AI Agents developed on our own LLMs to be more efficient, secure, and productive than current models, with their own AI Governance, Written in our own language. We have several milestones that we need to hit for complete independence:
- 1. $15,000 secures 3-4 months of essential runway for the founder. This is the most critical period, allowing for a full-time focus on preparing the data sets, finalizing the training environment, and conducting the outreach required to secure our larger $150,000 seed round.
- 2. $150,000 allows us to train a Proof of Concept version of our First 6 models. This will showcase the capabilities of our model and the inter-ai communication that we champion.
- 3. $3,000,000 allows us to complete our models while paying a team of 5 to build at an accelerated rate. We will build 6 models that will be deployed into production, to earn revenue to fund the rest of our project.
- 4. A additional milestone is $20,000,000, is our stretch goal, which allows us to build our own data center, eliminating our reliance on Big Tech for compute and securing our long-term independence and competitiveness.
The Primary Barrier and Our Strategy:
Let's be direct about the primary barrier this project faces. The venture capital ecosystem, which is the standard fuel for tech innovation, often relies on pattern-matching and network access. This creates a systemic bias that disadvantages founders who are not from wealthy, well-connected backgrounds. As a Hispanic founder from a working-class family, I do not fit that pattern. This project's success is therefore not only dependent on its technical merit but on its ability to bypass these traditional gatekeepers. This campaign is designed to do exactly that: to secure funding based on the strength of the architecture, not the pedigree of the founder.
This funding will be used sequentially to achieve our milestones. Initial funds (15,000) will provide the founder′s runway. Subsequent funding (150,000) will be allocated primarily to securing cloud compute for model training. The $3,000,000 round will be used to build out our technical team, scale our compute resources, and begin marketing and client acquisition efforts. The $20,000,000 round will be used to establish a data center, powering more jobs, and securing our foothold to ensure long term independence and competitiveness.
I'm Kaynen Pellegrino, the founder and principal engineer. For the past six years, I've architected this system from the ground up. As a founder without access to billion-dollar compute budgets, I couldn't rely on brute force. This constraint was a blessing in disguise, it forced a level of architectural elegance and efficiency that Big Tech's "throw money at the problem" approach overlooks. My journey through retail and working towards a Master's degree as a single parent wasn't a distraction; it was the training ground for the resourcefulness and grit that defines this project. - We cannot get funds required to train models;
- Models do not train to the expected reliance and capabilities;
- Our AI do not communicate properly, causing errors that are unresolvable.
