What are this project's goals? How will you achieve them?

Goal 1: Acquire the first paying enterprise design partners in UK regulated sectors by demonstrating Hivemind AX against real compliance scenarios (EU AI Act high-risk deadline: August 2026). Goal 2: Fine-tune a proprietary planner on UKRI's Dawn supercomputer (20,000 GPU hours already allocated) to reduce dependence on third-party LLM providers. Goal 3: Hire the first engineer to eliminate single-founder dependency. All three goals are execution problems, not research problems. The technology is built. Capital unlocks the go-to-market.

How will this funding be used?

Founder compensation ($50K/year, currently unpaid), cloud infrastructure and LLM API costs ($30K), travel to UK for investor and client meetings ($15K, currently unable to afford any travel), and legal costs for UK-Italy dual corporate structuring ($10K). At higher funding levels: first technical hire ($80K) to reduce the risk of a single point of failure.

UKRI/DSIT awarded 20,000 GPU hours on the Dawn A100 supercomputer for proprietary planner development. Submitted proposals to ARIA Scaling Trust (£350K) and Innovate UK AI Champions. Published two articles on AI safety architecture with zero AI-generated patterns. Active commercial pipeline including enterprise negotiations in Italy. No co-founders, no employees, no advisors. Everything built alone on a budget of approximately €20 per week.

What are the most likely causes and outcomes if this project fails?

Most likely failure mode: inability to close the first enterprise customer before running out of runway. The product works technically but enterprise sales cycles in regulated industries are long (6-12 months) and require in-person relationship building that the founder currently cannot afford. If funding is not secured, the founder will likely need to take employment to sustain basic living costs, reducing Hivemind AX to a part-time project and dramatically slowing progress. The technology would remain live but would not reach commercial deployment. The underlying IP and architecture would retain value but would not achieve the impact it was designed for.
