I previously worked in talent and operations at Athena and on the operations team at MATS (ML Alignment & Theory Scholars). I received my master's in public policy at Carnegie Mellon University and have since spent the past three years working across AI safety, supporting research programs, building talent pipelines, and engaging closely with the broader ecosystem.

I’m currently building AISLA (AI Safety Los Angeles), an early-stage effort to create high signal community infrastructure for LA’s growing AI ecosystem. The focus is on bringing together researchers, engineers, and operators in a way that enables meaningful collaboration, stronger talent flow, and long-term ecosystem development.

My work sits at the intersection of talent, operations, and community building, with a strong focus on shaping how people enter and engage with the AI ecosystem. I’m particularly interested in how high signal networks shape talent, opportunity, and the long-term direction of AI.
