I spent about three decades in systems and network architecture, then a decade in decentralized coordination: co-founding GravityDAO and running grant operations at Octant across seven funding rounds, where I reviewed close to 800 applications and built the evaluation framework the program adopted. Out of that work, I authored an open body of coordination and evidence-integrity standards, free to adopt and now shipped as callable tooling: the Coordination Structural Integrity Suite, the CRAFT and ORE evidence standards, and the CROSS, WALKRI, and GRAIN grants standards. I am now building the Dimensional Frame Harness, which brings those standards together as a runtime safety layer for AI agents. It reads an agent's operating frame from what it produces and gates its actions, judging the agent by its deeds rather than its self-report. The harness is in alpha now: running as tested code, with validation testing underway and early results positive.
