I completed my PhD in Psychology looking at consumer acceptance of cultivated meat, and subsequently started Bryant Research to conduct academic and industry research to accelerate the protein transition. We have worked with NGOs including Mercy For Animals, Animal Charity Evaluators, and GAIA, as well as alt protein companies including Aleph Farms, THIS, and Wild Type. I also serve as the Head of Policy for the Alternative Proteins Association, an industry group representing plant-based, fermentation and cultivated meat companies in the UK.
