Oliemannetje:
The Dutch have a term that encapsulates a networker, organisier, knower of important things, and general doer. They are almost always a third party with lots of connections and knowledge of the subject. Their only job is to grease the wheels of organizations so that deals/projects/etc get done. They are called Oliemannetje or 'little oil man.
